How my journey began

Aloha Beautiful beings…Thank you for visiting my website.  I would love to share a little about myself and invite you to experience my story. 

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have been working in the field for more than 25 years in my own private counseling/mentorship practice. Around 2012, I began to feel a sense of total energy depletion/decline and was compelled to begin studying energy in all forms to return myself to a state of balance and vitality.  By total accident, I signed up for a month-long intensive Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) program at Omega Institute.   During those four weeks, I lived at Omega Institute, eating wonderful organic food, playing with energy all day long, communing with nature, and leaving behind the daily interaction with driving, working, technology and busy-ness.  What happened from there was a great and unexpected adventure!  

The study of EEM was an opening into the energy world in which I felt at home in a way that I had never felt before in my life.  It opened a portal for me to explore all sorts of energy work and I became a Clinically Licensed Eden Energy Medicine practitioner (EEM-CLP), and teacher of Energy Medicine 101 and 102 in 2015.  After that, I studied quantum healing, Clairvoyant and psychic energy readings, mediumship as well as deeply diving into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and our relationship with the natural world as expressed through the five elements.  In the summer of 2014, I made my first journey to Maui, Hawaii, and felt a deep soul sense of coming home as I drove to upcountry Maui for the first time.  By January 2016, I had sold my family home in NJ and purchased a home in Maui, making the move to residing there full time in January 2017.  This was a potent time in my soul’s evolution.  I was supported to deepen my relationship with nature, the study of TCM, my spirit guides as well as my own body, heart, and soul. 

Around 2014, I also began to see energy through colors, symbols, patterns, and shapes.  I sensed energy in other ways as well and I often heard and knew things about myself and others that surprised me.  Although I have always been an empath, I began to hear the unsaid words of my clients and to feel their physical and emotional pain in my body, knowing that it was not my own.  I also began channeling and the messages would arrive in English or Spanglish or in Light Language.  At that point, I began to take classes in channeling and to present in channeling groups and/or interpret messages that others were channeling.  

I have learned so much about myself and the universe from all of these experiences. Mostly, I have learned to surrender to the flow of energy and to trust the guidance I receive…no matter how strange and unexpected it seems.  As a conscious channel, I hear, feel and fully experience the benevolent energy that comes through me as well as the voice of my ego that tells me I am crazy and strange and making this up.  In this process, I have discovered how to allow those states of being to simply exist within me and to move forward without identifying with any of them.  Surrendering, allowing and trusting with grace and love have been THE ongoing processes for my soul’s evolution.  

As a being, I consistently use all of these tools to follow through on a powerful commitment to clearing my own channel, owning my own energy (dark and light), and setting my own boundaries while being a sensitive and authentic person.  I honestly believe that these teachings have mainly come from my own soul, connected in with my body and especially my heart; in complete collaboration with my spirit guides.  To this purpose, it feels like I have taken a master class in learning to use my whole being as a sensory instrument and to express my soul’s unique blueprint in this world.      

At this time, I combine all of these eclectic tools to work with the client’s energies in the form of Light language activations and writings, guided meditations, visualizations, and clairvoyant readings; as well as mentorship, counseling inner child work, and shadow work.  The processes are developed based on the group or individual who is present or who will be present.  Using my intuition, experiences and compassion, I offer guidance to clients along a cooperative journey: helping them to heal themselves at their own pace in a gentle, supportive, and liberating way that is unique to their soul’s exceptional blueprint!
